We are required to reply within one (1) month to all requests regarding the exercising of these rights. This time frame may be extended to two (2) months for complex requests and large request volumes.
8. SMS Policy
Parker uses SMS messages to respond when customers initiate service requests via SMS. This allows us to provide timely answers to customer inquiries using the customer's preferred communication channel. Parker will never send SMS messages without first receiving OPT-IN approval.
We consider the following actions as your OPT-IN for SMS communication:
- You message us first via SMS,
- Parker asks for approval to respond using SMS via an email,
- Parker asks for approval to respond using SMS via a voice call.
We consider the following actions as your OPT-OUT from SMS communication:
- Your response to any SMS message with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
- You remove your approval for Parker to respond using SMS via an email,
- You remove your approval for Parker to respond using SMS via a voice call.
Text messaging originator OPT-IN data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Cookies Policy
